Federal Staffing Resources is hiring a Healthcare Operations Manager (Ophthalmology Clinic Manager / Practice Manager) to support a Department of Defense refractive surgery program in San Antonio, Texas.
This role manages clinic operations, staffing coordination, and patient workflow within a high-volume ophthalmology practice supporting military service members.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the ophthalmology clinic
- Manage patient scheduling and clinic workflow
- Coordinate staffing and equipment maintenance
- Track clinic operational metrics and budgets
- Support coordination of refractive surgery programs
- Liaise with military medical leadership and providers
- Support clinical conferences and training programs
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare management experience
- Experience managing healthcare clinic operations
- Experience with electronic health records
- Ophthalmology clinic experience preferred
- U.S. Citizenship required
