We are seeking a talented and professional Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with back-end teams to create fast, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces across web and mobile experiences.
• Tech Stack: React.js (front end), integrating with Java/Kotlin-based back-end services. 
• Designs and builds scalable front-end applications; collaborating with design, product, and back-end engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Works within a product development agile scrum team leading and designing scalable backend solutions to power a crypto platform.
• Daily activities include hands-on programming in React.js across a myriad of existing and new services, peer code reviews, design/review sessions, and sync meetings.
• Normal scrum activities such as stand ups, grooming, planning, and retros. 
• Display evolv’s core values in the way you act, speak, and work.
• Remain committed to successful delivery to the client on every engagement (success metrics involve deliverables met, client satisfaction, future project recommendations/extensions and collaboration).
• Prioritize operational excellence by meeting or exceeding all utilization goals.
• Contribute to evolv’s culture and personal development through collaborating well internally, displaying our core values, participating in internal initiatives (events/groups), and/or obtaining new certifications approved by leader.
• Help grow evolv by providing team member/client referrals and connecting with our internal network.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• React.js front-end developer experienced with midsize systems and troubleshooting.
• Should be a self-starter, accountable, and can work independently. 
• Preferred Experience:
  • Mid-level software engineering experience.
  • Is a self-starter, can do solid delivery but does not need to be Senior.
