The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing programs, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns and promotional initiatives. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the Jeuveau® Franchise team, translating strategy into execution by managing promotions, field communications, vendors, and processes with precision and efficiency.

Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…
Lead Promotional Execution & Operations
- Execute promotional programs and campaigns in alignment with brand strategy
- Manage promotional timelines, asset delivery, and cross-functional coordination.
- Manage production, inventory, and distribution of promotional materials.
- Lead the production, logistics, and distribution of in-office collateral.
- Develop creative briefs and manage the review and approval process with Legal, Regulatory, and medical teams to ensure materials meet compliance standards and launch timelines.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Maintain oversight of operational processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and spend reconciliation.
Field Communications & Enablement
- Develop and manage Jeuveau® communications to the sales force, including campaign updates and materials distribution.
- Ensure communications are clear, actionable, and aligned with brand messaging.
Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…
- Bachelor’s degree in either business or life sciences preferred.
- 2+ years of experience within Sales or Marketing.
- Experience in medical aesthetics preferred.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in all standard Office computer programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Office location – Newport Beach – Hybrid Schedule (Tuesday – Thursday onsite)
- This position reports directly to the Director, Jeuveau® Marketing
- Travel required up to 20%
Compensation & Total Rewards:
The expected pay range for this position is $104,700 to $125,000. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
