Evolus (Nasdaq:EOLS) is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products. We are seeking an experienced and driven Medical Affairs Clinician to join our International Medical Affairs Team reporting to the Head of International Medical Affairs. The Medical Affairs Clinician is responsible for increasing awareness and education of Evolus products across Spain and Portugal by delivering scientific and clinical expertise to healthcare professionals. This role provides timely, accurate, and balanced medical information and supports training initiatives based on unsolicited requests. The position plays a key role in building relationships with thought leaders, supporting cross-functional teams with medical insights, and contributing to the development and dissemination of scientific data. This job supports the overall medical strategy and helps strengthen Evolus’ credibility in the aesthetics field.

Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…
  • Disseminate scientific and clinical information in response to unsolicited requests from healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Deliver education and training programs to HCPs on best clinical practices and product usage.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and influential providers within the territory.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, training requirements, and documentation standards.
  • Develop peer-level relationships with medical and scientific experts and communicate complex scientific data effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial teams by providing medical and scientific expertise.
  • Provide scientific support and medical guidance to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of medical and scientific information databases.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on company products and participate in scientific discussions and panels.
  • Provide accurate medical information to internal teams (e.g. Medical Information, Regulatory Affairs) and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on clinical and scientific developments within the relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Remote / Field position – Home Office - Based in Spain with frequent travel across Spain and Portugal
  • Up to 60% travel

Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…
  • Healthcare professional qualification (MD, RN, NP or PA degree required).
  • +3 years of clinical aesthetic experience.
  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques.
  • Experience working with healthcare professionals in the aesthetics field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
  • Adaptability and ability to manage change effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications…
  • Previous experience in a Medical Affairs or field-based medical role.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Spanish and English fluency (written and spoken).
  • Experience in delivering scientific presentations to diverse audiences.
