Evolus (NASDAQ: EOLS) is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products. We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally driven Evolux Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and financial infrastructure that power the Evolux customer loyalty program. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end program operations, including data integration, financial planning, and cross-functional coordination to deliver impactful, measurable customer outcomes. 
 
This role sits at the center of the Evolux program, ensuring the team operates with strong discipline, visibility, and scalability. You will play a critical role in enabling marketing execution by owning budgets, forecasting, systems, and workflows that drive efficiency and accountability across initiatives.

Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…
  • Evolux Program Operations: Own the systems, tools, and processes that support the Evolux customer loyalty program, ensuring seamless execution, scalability, and data integrity
  • Financial Planning & Budget Management: Own accruals, forecasting, budget tracking, and overall spend management across Evolux initiatives; manage vendor setup, purchase orders, and approvals; partner closely with Finance to ensure accurate reporting, pacing, and financial accountability
  • Digital Enhancements & Systems Optimization: Lead digital development and optimization across CRM and e-commerce platforms, including the launch of new benefits and promotions, as well as ongoing improvements to user experience, system functionality, and data flow
  • Promotion Operations & Execution: Operationalize the end-to-end lifecycle of Evolux promotional campaigns, including planning, forecasting, execution coordination, and post-campaign analysis; ensure alignment across Global Insights, Brand, Creative, and Digital/Data Engineering teams
  • Data Reporting & Performance Visibility: Oversee loyalty data management, reporting, and dashboard development; establish clear frameworks to track performance and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and platform partners, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, and performance expectations
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key point of coordination across Finance, Digital, Data Engineering, IT, and Professional Education teams to drive alignment, streamline processes, and improve overall program effectiveness
  • Office Location - Newport Beach (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
  • Up to 10% travel

Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, a related field or equivalent work experience 
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or a related role
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and spend management
  • Experience working with financial planning and data systems
  • Proven ability to build and optimize processes, workflows, and operating models
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution across cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking
  • Understanding of customer segmentation, market analysis, and consumer behavior within the beauty or aesthetics industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms 
Preferred Qualifications… 
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory marketing guidelines in a regulated industry, including the ability to apply compliant language and claims across customer-facing materials
  • Preferred experience in Salesforce, Atlassian (Jira), NetSuite, BigCommerce, Planful, Snowflake, NetSuite, LogicGate
  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns and product launches is a plus
Compensation & Total Rewards 
This is an Exempt position. The expected pay range for this position is $139,000 - $165,000. You are eligible for an annual bonus compensation plan, terms and conditions apply. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
