Vice President | Staffing Solutions
Description
The primary responsibility of the Vice President of our Project Management & Technology Staffing Solutions is to maintain a consistent above average performance metrics, provide business generation leadership, motivation and direction to the staffing professionals whom they supervise, participate in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
Only candidates with the following experience will be considered:
- 5+ years with a mid to large size national staffing agency
- 3+ years lead recruiting experience
- 2+ years talent solutions and/or management or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years staffing sales experience
- Must be located in Houston, TX.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years working for a national workforce solutions provider or staffing agency.
- 2+ years talent solutions and/or management or equivalent experience required.
- Proven performance in Talent Manager role.
- Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, ATS and other technology systems.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferred
