About the role
Enphase is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Regional Sales Manager for the Western U.S. region. This key role will focus on engaging with installers who primarily serve the commercial market. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the C&I business in their territory while working closely with cross-functional teams, including Residential Regional Sales Managers, C&I Field Applications Engineers, Product teams, Trainers, Field Marketing Specialists, and Customer Service.
This role is central to driving revenue growth and supporting both partners and end-customers in the commercial segment. The right candidate brings proven energy and sales experience—ideally in solar and energy storage systems (ESS)—along with a strategic mindset. They will develop and execute regional plans to expand the C&I footprint, contribute to the go-to-market strategy for current and future commercial solutions, and play a critical role in scaling Enphase’s presence in the commercial space.

What you will do
- Identify, convert, and serve C&I installers in the West Region. You are a hunter!
- Develop and execute small commercial go to market plans including using segmentation, primary target market definition and value proposition to create target lists. You see every challenge as a chance to evolve.
- Collaborate with and coach existing residential teams in developing and closing small commercial projects and sharing best practices. You are a team-player!
- Create and execute 6 quarter forecasts and reports weekly and monthly on sales and opportunities status. You managed large million dollar pipelines in previous roles.
- Partner with C&I training and Field marketing to deploy C&I trainings and events. You like getting in the field and meeting customers.
- Align with FAE & Customer Service to represent the voice of the customer to develop the right products for Americas C&I. You are an Enphase champ!
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to contribute to ongoing GTM strategies and execution. You excel working in cross functional teams.
Who you are and what you bring
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Must possess a minimum of 5 years C&I sales and solar experience
- Proven ability to gain a price premium through consultative selling
- Demonstrably strong negotiation and influencing skills; commercially astute
- Entrepreneurial personality with a hands-on attitude
- Demonstrates strategic vision and planning capabilities
- Understands, with clarity, key internal/external business and technical issues
- Quantitative and results driven professional who can adapt to rapidly changing environments
- Salesforce experience a plus
This is a remote position (CA preferred) with 30-50% travel
The pay range for this position is on-target earnings $130,000 to $194,400 per year, dependent on candidate location. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for equity, and benefits.
