This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.
About the role
The Enphase Desktop Engineer will provide system support to Enphase users. The person will work as part of the corporate IT Infrastructure team to serve all the business globally.
What you will be doing
- Looking for experienced person who has worked in an MNC for minimum of 3+ years
- Provide 24X7 Desktop and monitoring support
- Shift will be rotational and on weekends too. (Mostly Night Shift)
- Availability for contingency at the time of shift support including weekends/weekdays
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and network issues
- Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
- Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
- Microsoft Technologies: O365, AD, DNS, DHCP
- Network knowledge : LAN and WAN
- Backup/Storage/Cloud Knowledge will be plus
- Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
- Conduct remote troubleshooting
- Test alternative pathways until the issue is resolve
- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
- Record technical issues and solutions in logs
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
- Report customer feedback and potential product requests
- Help create technical documentation and manuals
- Implement ITIL process in day-to-day work
- Configure Laptop in coordination with asset management team
- Work with Server, Network, and Security Team in solving end user's issue
Who you are and what you bring
- Any bachelor’s degree (BE/B.TECH), preferred in IT, Computers, with minimum 3+ years of experience
- In-depth knowledge and working experience of managing Desktop/Laptops/Mac
- Should have very good Analytical & Problem-Solving skills
- Should have very good knowledge in IT and Microsoft Tools
- Should be open minded and should take ownership
- Should have strong Verbal Communication and Presentation skills
- Strong professional relationship management with internal and external interfaces
