As a Continuous Improvement Professional, you will help Dynacare to run efficiently at the highest level of excellence. You will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development, management, and execution of continuous improvement strategies aligned with our Mission, Goals, and Objectives.  How YOU will make a difference:

·       Lead the introduction of continuous improvement processes to the business, guiding various stakeholders through the transformation journey.

·       Ensure the methodical implementation of improvement initiatives across the organization.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to augment existing improvements and initiate new improvement initiatives.

·       Function as a key technical leader for improvement opportunities, providing support in analyzing data, change management, project management, and project implementation.

·       Spearhead Continuous Improvement events such as Kaizens, Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Tools, and project-based learning.

·       Engage, mentor, and guide Green Belt, and White Belt candidates through to certification.

·       Actively guide and coach all roles and functions, contributing to a pervasive culture of continuous improvement.

·       Provide valuable input into strategic business planning.

·       Review and analyze programs and systems to ensure continuous improvement targets are met.

·       Conduct toll gate reviews as teams progress through DMAIC.

·       Assist with risk analysis, Key Performance Indicators, Critical to Quality, and control plans for process improvement.

·       Effectively communicate and celebrate accomplishments.

·       Ensure the implementation of efficient Six Sigma Lean solutions that enhance overall workflow, quality, cost, and both Employee and Customer Experience.

 

What YOU bring to the role:

·       You thrive in a collaborative environment and boast analytical, problem-solving experiences

·       You bring knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

·       Your leadership skills are backed by strong verbal and written communication

·       Proficiency in MS Office suite and Analytical Tools

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical) and a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in continuous improvement, or other professional diplomas and a minimum of 4 years of prior experience in continuous improvement

·       Experience working with cross-organizational teams

·       Project management training and experience

·       You know your way around a budget and can analyze financial elements of projects
