Area Service Manager

Description
- Support oversight of all service operations across the Mountain Region, including parts, shop operations, delivery, and installation.
- Ensure full compliance with DEX corporate policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Drive operational consistency across multiple branches.
- Identify and eliminate recurring procedural inefficiencies at the branch level.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing service technicians and support staff.
- Maintain staffing levels aligned with corporate productivity models.
- Conduct performance management and disciplinary processes when necessary.
- Support other branch managers within the region with personnel and operational challenges.
- Ensure service teams consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage customer perception and resolve escalated service issues.
- Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration across departments.
- Proven leadership experience in copier, imaging, or technical field service operations.
- Experience managing multi-branch or regional service teams preferred.
- Strong understanding of service KPIs, workforce planning, and operational process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor leaders.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Mountain Region as business needs require.
