Position Summary:
DEX Imaging is seeking a reliable Driver / Setup Associate to support deliveries, equipment setup, and basic connectivity needs for customers. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a valid driver’s license, and has basic technology or networking knowledge. Formal IT certifications are not required.

The ideal candidate is comfortable driving, assisting with loading and unloading equipment, setting up office technology, and helping connect devices to a customer’s network. We are looking for someone dependable, customer-focused, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles to deliver equipment, supplies, or products to customer locations.

• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and staging equipment.

• Support basic setup of printers, copiers, and related office technology.

• Assist with light networking tasks such as connecting equipment to Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

• Help verify basic connectivity, including printer/network communication.

• Perform basic troubleshooting when equipment is not connecting properly.

• Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members.

• Complete basic paperwork, data entry, or delivery documentation as needed.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including breaking down packaging or trash when needed.

• Follow all safety procedures when lifting, moving, pushing, or pulling equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license required.

• 0–3 years of driving, delivery, warehouse, setup, or related experience.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, Ethernet, IP addresses, or connecting devices to a network preferred.

• No IT certifications required.

• Comfortable using basic computer systems or mobile devices.

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with assistance when needed.

• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn.
