About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle, in-house recruiting efforts for experienced professionals across a range of professional services functions. This role will focus on attracting and hiring high-caliber talent within public accounting, consulting, business operations, technology, and litigation services. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, deep expertise in corporate recruiting, and a track record of partnering with leadership to build strong, scalable talent pipelines.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle, in-house recruiting efforts for experienced professionals across a range of professional services functions. This role will focus on attracting and hiring high-caliber talent within public accounting, consulting, business operations, technology, and litigation services. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, deep expertise in corporate recruiting, and a track record of partnering with leadership to build strong, scalable talent pipelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional and leadership roles, from application review, screening, interviewing and offer
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of candidates across consulting, business, operations, technology, and accounting functions
- Proactively source passive candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruiting strategies
- Optimize and improve recruiting processes, tools, and reporting
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy
Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on in-house / corporate recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or any related field.
- Demonstrated success hiring for at least one or more of the following areas: consulting, business/corporate roles, technology, or accounting/finance
- Experience supporting hires within fast paced environments, including professional services, consulting firms, accounting firms or similar environments strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required (e.g., Workable, Jobvite, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, or similar)
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates, particularly using sourcing tools like Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruiting analytics
- Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail and project management skills
- Experience recruiting for multiple functional areas and levels of experience
- Experience scaling hiring processes in a growing organization
Travel: Ability and willingness to travel on occasion to various markets, less than 10%
