The Marketing Technology Manager plays a pivotal role within the Marketing Team, leading the integration and optimization of our marketing technology stack to foster collaboration, maximize effectiveness, and position the team to drive meaningful growth. This role involves managing digital tools, overseeing technology-driven marketing strategies, building and optimizing pages within a CMS, and ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and digital platforms. The individual will have a strong background in both marketing and technology, as well as experience in data analysis, SEO, and campaign performance optimization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Marketing Technology Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing technology strategies that align with business goals, improve campaign performance, and ensure digital platforms directly support meaningful growth.
  • Technology Integration & Management: Manage the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms, ensuring all systems are fully integrated and operational, and in compliance with marketing legalities.
  • CMS Management & SEO Optimization: Build, manage, and optimize pages within a content management system (CMS), applying SEO best practices to improve search visibility, drive organic traffic, and ensure digital platforms are positioned to support business growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure technology solutions meet business needs and drive cross-departmental efficiency.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze marketing performance data, enforce UTM standards to ensure consistent and accurate campaign tracking, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes and customer engagement.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders regarding technology needs and enhancements.
  • Training & Adoption: Lead training sessions for team members on new and existing marketing technologies to drive user adoption and optimize tool utilization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and web technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in optimizing marketing technology stacks and delivering data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency with SEO and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Yoast SEO)
  • Experience with project management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking, adaptability, and a passion for staying ahead of MarTech trends
  • Ability to travel is required
