In This Role: you'll spearhead email and other performance marketing initiatives by developing and implementing robust strategies that drive engagement and conversions for a diverse set of product lines. These product lines include: books, live events, and our Entreleadership and Ramsey Education brands. Your expertise will be key in optimizing our email marketing efforts to achieve our business goals. 
 
Team You’ll Grow With: 135+ person marketing team, this role will directly lead a team of 4 (digital paid media and email marketers)
 
What Winning Looks Like:     

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies through email and other performance channels to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align business goals through initiatives and customer insights in the email, paid media, SEO, and other performance marketing channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and stay ahead of competitors
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing strategists (paid media specialists and email marketers) by providing coaching, support, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and achieve team objectives.

Skills Needed to Win:

  • 6+ years of experience in email marketing and other performance marketing channels, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth
  • Performance marketing experience, with a focus on paid advertising/paid media (paid display, paid search, paid social, PPC/Pay-Per-Click, programmatic), email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and/or a combination of experience, ideally in a B2B or B2C space
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience working with marketing tools such as: Google Analytics/GA, Google Ads/Adwords, SEMrush, Klayvio, Google Data Studio, Ahrefs, Marketo, or similar
  • Demonstrated success in analyzing campaign performance data, identifying insights, and making data-driven decisions for optimization
  • Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies
  • E-commerce experience is preferred with major platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, Adobe, or Wix, but is not required
  • HTML experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in supporting email tools like reputation management software (i.e. Validity) and/or testing software (i.e. Everest, Email on Acid, Litmus) is preferred, but not required
  • Lead gen/customer acquisition experience is preferred, but not required

$100,000 - $150,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
*Range depends on overall experience and level of skill
