The Ramsey Live Events Team delivers world-class, high-energy events that provide HOPE to people across the country. These range from large, high-end, destination events for our fans to small, team member only gatherings at our office in Franklin, TN. We pull out all the stops to provide an experience that leaves attendees excited, motivated and empowered as we cover topics like money, marriage, parenting, business and leadership.

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Serves as the tactical partner on the Live Event Leadership Team, ensuring the team's vision is executed with precision and alignment
  • Makes smart, well-informed decisions based on accurate data and insights, guiding strategies and ensuring the team stays on track
  • Oversees financials with a keen eye, ensuring the budget and expenditures are spot on
  • Builds and maintains healthy relationships with internal and external partners, creating collaboration opportunities that positively impact the business

Skills Needed to Win:

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Operations or Event Management
  • Exceptional organizational ability with a high capacity for managing details
  • Proven experience managing a multi-million-dollar budget
  • People leadership is part of this role. You’ll need a track record of leading teams.
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills are essential 

$62,900 - $90,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on level of skills and overall experience
