What Winning Looks Like:

As the Director of Product Marketing & Digital Experience, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Digital Product Growth: Leading initiatives to drive the adoption and growth of our digital products, ensuring they are effectively marketed and embraced by our target audience.
  • Website & User Experience Optimization: Continuously enhancing the website’s performance, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience that supports both the customer journey and business objectives.
  • SEO Strategy Integration: Overseeing the strategic application of SEO practices to ensure all digital products and content are easily discoverable, increasing organic traffic and aligning with business goals.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Creating a detailed understanding of how customers navigate through our website, optimizing touchpoints to connect them seamlessly with various products within the Ramsey ecosystem.
  • Strategic Product Positioning: Crafting marketing strategies that effectively position our digital products in the market, driving awareness, adoption, and loyalty.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Fostering a collaborative environment across teams to align digital marketing, product development, and website management towards common goals.

Skills Needed to Win:

  • 7+ years of digital product marketing leadership with a focus on website management and consumer-centric business strategies within a consumer technology or digital-focused environment.
  • Proven track record in driving product adoption and engagement through digital marketing and website optimization.
  • Deep understanding of website architecture, user experience design, digital marketing best practices, and SEO strategies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Experience working closely with product development and engineering teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps.
  • A passion for understanding and serving the customer, with a relentless focus on delivering value through marketing efforts.
