We are seeking a data-driven Sr Manager, Growth Marketing & EComm with proven experience in growing marketing campaigns and paid media channels to support the DTC business.

This position will be remote in the US or Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Growth marketing & Ecomm plan and execution for the US Ecommerce CBD business to support key business objectives; set, monitor and continually optimize plans for all growth & ecomm specific KPIs
  • Drive and continually optimize marketing & ecommerce activities with focus on ROI and key KPIs such as customer acquisition, retention, and conversion
  • Collaborate with Analytics team on DTC forecasting process and reporting; leverage data to drive action and optimize plans and business results
  • Own and manage DTC Revenue and budget in alignment with brand & creative team. Optimize budget fluidly with tight focus on ROI optimization
  • Creatively navigate the challenging regulatory environment working closely with regulatory and legal team
  • Lead development of all web assets, creative and copy in collaboration with brand and creative team
  • Leverage data to execute optimizations and new initiatives based on insights: identify audiences, penetrate, and optimize campaign targeting, A/B test, analyze customer segments for opportunities, and develop, execute, and test new acquisition strategies for growth
  • Own, manage, and onboard all agency relationships related to growth marketing and ecommerce
  • Define SEO KPIs and manage execution of optimization strategies, including p-page updates, alt image tags, meta descriptions, H1s, and more
  • Manage onboarding and budget of all acquisition vendors, including media agencies, reviews platform, and more
  • Develop and manage budget for paid media activities, including agency fees and monthly spend
  • Manage reviews platform, including analytics, performance, and approvals, while leveraging key reviews in paid campaigns
  • Define and execute partnerships with key brands to increase brand traffic and awareness
  • Ensure cohesive 360 messaging across all growth, ecomm, and digital activations by aligning with key team stakeholders
  • Report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Partner with Creative, Brand and various external agency partners to develop effective, well-designed content, while ensuring all content speaks to consumer targets and is delivered consistently in the brand voice and style
  • Recruit, coach, train, and manage the Growth Marketing & EComm team
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 
  • 7+ years of digital marketing & ecommerce experience with a digitally focused consumer brand, preferably in consumer-packaged goods, fashion or entertainment
  • Experience in growth marketing including affiliate, brand partnerships, and SEO
  • Solid working knowledge of digital marketing industry, channels, strategies, tactics and analytics
  • Must have the drive and creativity to work around barriers and find creative solutions to marketing obstacles related to the CBD/cannabis industry
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation creation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization and with outside partners
  • Capable of building effective teams and supports employee growth and development
  • Comfortable working across multiple simultaneous assignments and operating autonomously in fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platform required
  • Startup or experience with a high-growth company preferred
