This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office working the NIGHT SHIFT. Remote applicants will not be considered. 
Responsibilities for the Data Migration Specialist 
  • Provide support on In-House Healthcare software to our customers
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information in CRM
  • Do Migration or Extraction of Data by understating the customer's requirement
  • Explain customer, the data format that we require for migration or extraction and provide  
  • some sample files to the customer
  • Recommend potential products or services to the Development team by collecting customer  information and analyzing customer needs
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Developing knowledge in other domain areas
  • Complete all the assigned tickets on a timely and accurate quality assurance
  • Creates a positive team environment with motivation and energy. Gains and maintains the trust  and confidence of team members by demonstrating integrity, accountability, and flexibility
  • Proactively assists teammates with request resolutions
  • Communicate with client to understand their requirement, data gathering and connect  frequently to close the task once completed  
 
Qualifications of the Data Migration Specialist
  • Bachelor's degree; High School diploma with relevant EHR/Software customer service or behavioral health agency experience may substitute for an undergraduate degree  
  • 1 year of related experience  
  • Excellent in Excel (V lookup, X lookup, and a few basic formulas)  
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Effectively communicates (Verbal, Listening, and Written) with team, leadership, and Client;  
  • Ability to ask probing questions based on effective listening
