Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee civil and electrical construction crews in various projects.
• Manage projects involving  generators, commercial electrical systems, new service, upgrades.
• Performs or supervises the installation, fabrication, construction, troubleshooting and repairing of building, mechanical, and electrical systems.

• Performs or supervises the installation, fabrication, construction, troubleshooting and repairing of complex building, mechanical, and electrical systems.

• Evaluates construction progress and quality of work to ensure projects are built on schedule, within budget, and adhering to quality standards. Identifies and ensures corrective steps are acted on and followed through to completion.

• Read and decipher complex contracts, often spanning 200-300 pages.
• Travel between project sites as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct inspections and walk-throughs to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and contractors to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in managing civil and/or electrical construction crews.
• Proven expertise in generator work, commercial electrical systems, and related projects.
• Strong contract reading and interpretation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel between project sites.
• A track record of conducting inspections and walk-throughs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
