Fleet Coordinator
Description
Triad Associates (part of the Concordia Wireless family), is a nationwide construction services firm specializing in the development of wireless communication sites, with a focus on supporting telecom networks. We are contracted by major carries to facilitate network upgrades including conversions from 4G to 5G. Our services include construction management, electrical and civil modernization, antenna and line (A&L) tower work, tower maintenance, fiber optic network deployment, commissioning and integration, directional boring, trenching, and excavating. Our expertise spans a wide range of projects.
To support our growing client base, we are seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage existing fleet of trucks, flatbeds, box cars and more.
Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00/hour

Responsibilities:
- Check drivers in/out for fleet vehicles
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding pertaining to vehicle agreements
- Answer questions about service outcomes & consulting with technicians
- exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience managing a fleet of 50+ trucks, 25+ trailers
- Skilled using Excel to create reports on fleet status
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
