**We welcome all levels of Civil Tech experience and entry level Electricians** 
Job Description 
1) Assume the responsibilities as Electrician for the electrical portion of Telecommunications sites such as: 
  • Rooftops
  • Raw Land Cell Towers
  • Existing Cell Towers (i.e. Colocations)
This position requires work in multiple locations in Illinois and out of state but within Midwest Region 
2) Work with crew from (1) to (3) individual field staff members on your crew - where you and the crew will be performing the following tasks onsite: 
  • Installing new electrical services (ranging from 120 VAC to 480 VAC)
  • Wiring up DC Batteries and installing new AC/DC rectifier power plants
  • Installing new AC circuits
  • Routing / Supporting electrical conduits, raceways
  • Grounding of the new service
  • Bonding of the new equipment ground
  • Routing / Supporting new conduits in support of fiber optic services
  • Working with conduit
Analyze & understand the specific project scope of work for the existing electrical power and proposed power requirements. Answer technical questions that the inspector may have in case the supervising electrician was unavailable for the inspection. 
Requirements 
  • Some experience in Commercial/Industrial Electrical Sector
  • Comfortable working outside in any weather condition
  • Ability to work overtime when needed
  • Ability to travel out of state
  • Ability to be a self-starter and highly motivated.
  • Great organizational skills and management skills are extremely important.
  • Electrical License not required but a Plus
  • If you have worked in the telecom field (such as cell towers, outside plant, AC, battery and DC plants) that would be considered a Plus too.
Software and Technical Requirements:
* Ability to read and review electrical Plans
* Proficiency with MS Office
* Knowledge of Chicago Electrical; Code Helpful
