Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Expert to lead the implementation and configuration of our new ERP system. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation process from start to finish, including identifying business requirements, designing solutions, configuring the system, testing, and training end-users.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of the ERP system to meet business requirements and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet the needs of stakeholders
• Configure the ERP system to meet business requirements, including but not limited to: setting up workflows, defining fields, creating reports, and customizing user interfaces Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality meets business requirements and objectives
• Lead end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure user adoption and satisfaction
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Act as the subject matter expert for the ERP system, providing guidance and support to internal teams as needed
• Identify and escalate issues and risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables
• Ensure compliance with project methodology and company standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience implementing ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems, including configuration, integration, and reporting
• Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
• This is a full-time position that may require occasional travel.
