Salary Range - $82,000-$94,000 

Please note:  This position is onsite.  Therefore, we are considering candidates who live within a commutable distance from the facility.  Relocation assistance is not available.

 

Position Overview

Provide strategic human resource leadership to the operational leaders and employees to accomplish the operational goals of the facility. Establish a culture of positive employee relations where all managers and employees are engaged in the success of the business. Responsible for ensuring all policies, processes, and federal, state, and local regulations are adhered to consistently. Provide human resource leadership to field teams when rolling out companywide initiatives and new policies and processes. This position reports to the Sr. Regional Manager, Human Resources.
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Lead the human resource effort to ensure all HR policies, processes, and regulations are communicated and implemented effectively, and adhered to consistently. Responsible for staffing, onboarding, and retaining top talent. Assist in maintaining job descriptions and review periodically to ensure accuracy and consistency. Process all new hires in HRIS and perform new hire orientation. Conduct exit interviews and share trends with Leadership.
  • People Leadership: Partners with senior HR leader and operational team to develop a culture of positive employee relations and engagement. Provide training, coaching, and counseling to develop a strong team and improve retention. Partners with senior HR on employee issues and/or complaints to ensure all concerns are investigated thoroughly, documented, and resolved promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Training to ensure continuity throughout the team. Support all change management initiatives; be seen as a leader of change and help others.

  • Information & System Management: Maintain thorough knowledge of the HR and operational systems. Be seen as a subject matter expert on HRIS systems and provide group and one-on-one training for employees so they can best utilize the available tools. Utilize the systems to accomplish the goals of the business ensuring accurate data is submitted on time. Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality of HR systems and their data 
  • Additional duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree. 
  • 4 to 6 years in Human Resource Management Roles, strongly prefer experience working in distribution or manufacturing environments
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results.
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships and engage in collaborative relationships with business partners. 
  • Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • SHRM or HRCI Certification is preferred
