We are searching for an Environmental Service Specialist to join our agency. This position is based out of our Prospect Center in Queensbury NY. 

The Environmental Service Specialist assists in cleaning the school buildings, refinishing floors, cleaning classrooms and all areas in a specific and hygienic manner. Performs Housekeeping “Project” work to include floor care and carpet care functions within an area, location or building. Can make minor maintenance repairs, snow removal lawn mowing, light bulb replacement, unclog toilets, tighten toilet seats, faucets fixtures. This position involves working alone and/or in a group to provide a variety of “Project” functions and housekeeping maintenance tasks. 

The compensation range for this position is $17.65 - $18.44. Rate of pay is commensurate on experience


Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Ability to follow directions, communicate, perform simple math functions, and know basic weights and measurements
• At least 1 year of related experience
