We are hiring a Speech Language Pathologist/ CFY for our Prospect Center, Queensbury.
Prospect Center has been a leader in improving the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families in the Tri-County Area (Warren, Washington, and Saratoga counties). Our work in advocacy, education, services, and support has created a wider world of opportunity, greater acceptance and more integrated lives for people who have disabilities.
- Contributes to the mission of the Center, Clinical Department and assigned programs by working collaboratively with program directors and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality, state-of-the-art, cost effective services to all individuals served and their families
Requirements:
- Graduate degree (Masters) in field of Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Specialized training, license, certification, skills: NYS Licensure/Registration - Speech-Language Pathologists, NYS Teaching Certificate as a Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped, American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence required for all who supervise college interns and Clinical Fellows
- Professional experience with working with individuals with developmental, physical and neurological disorders preferred, CFY's are welcome.
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- This position is 37.5 hours/week.
We are currently offering a $6,000 sign on bonus for Speech Language Pathologists joining our team!
The compensation range for this position is $65,773.50 to $76,713. Salary is commensurate on experience. This rate does not include the listed bonus.
