Primary Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the company's strategic plan, aligning it with overall business goals and market trends. Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive growth strategies and identify new market opportunities. 
  • Marketing Excellence: Build and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns and collateral that resonate with target audiences. 
  • Launch Excellence: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches from ideation to execution. Develop launch plans, manage timelines, and monitor key performance indicators to measure launch effectiveness. 
  • Market Research and Customer Insights: Manage and mentor the market research and customer insights team. Utilize market research to gain deep insights into customer preferences, behaviors, and trends, translating them into actionable strategies. 
  • Data Analytics and Visualization: Lead the data analytics and visualization team responsible for customer segmentation, performance measurement, and impact assessment of marketing campaigns. Implement advanced analytics techniques to provide meaningful insights for decision-making. 
  • Business Health Monitoring: Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics to assess the health of the business. Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies to enhance business performance. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and finance to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives. 
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to your teams. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, and product launch management, with a proven track record of success. 
  • 2 years of leadership experience preferred

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, segmentation, and visualization. 
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive innovative solutions. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
