As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will be the strategic partner to sales leadership, owning the development and delivery of sales forecast insights and business intelligence. You will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the global sales organization by providing timely, accurate, and actionable analytics. This role requires deep analytical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for sales leaders and sellers.
What you’ll be working on
- Own the end-to-end sales forecasting process, including pipeline analysis, trend identification, and advanced predictive modeling (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations, time-series forecasting, regression analysis, and machine learning models).
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reporting frameworks in Power BI and other BI tools that provide visibility into sales performance, productivity, and growth opportunities.
- Build and optimize sales productivity models to identify efficiency drivers and recommend improvements.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align on goals and deliver insights that drive revenue outcomes.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting to sales leadership, including executive-level presentations and performance reviews to advise on strategy and forward planning recommendations.
- Ensure CRM (Salesforce) data integrity and optimize system usage to support forecasting and analytics.
- Lead initiatives to improve sales process efficiency and data governance.
- Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive modeling with data-backed recommendations.
- Provide training and enablement to sales teams on tools, reports, and forecasting methodologies.
What you bring to the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
- Proven experience in sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, and business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Python for statistical modeling and simulations.
- Power BI design and development, including DAX for complex calculations.
- Salesforce and Excel for data management and reporting.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
