A Senior Business Analyst Manager at Barracuda is detail-oriented, takes initiative, and is a servant-leader for their team. The ideal candidate to join our team will be an experienced, influential leader who can manage business analyst teams across disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will be capable of working remotely with global teams to guide, plan, and implement improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
What you’ll be working on
- As BSA Manager – Salesforce and CPQ, you will play a key role within the Business Engagement team at Barracuda CIO org.
- This includes working closely with leadership and internal customers as we transform our CPQ capabilities
- You will drive system enhancement efforts to completion by capturing and assessing user requirements with business partners and providing configuration, development, and application support to the teams enabling enhanced productivity, reporting capabilities, and collaboration on the Salesforce CPQ platform
- You will be part of the core business systems team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the CPQ function on the Salesforce platform, supporting the core sales, sales operations, Deal Desk, Product & Pricing, Channel Operations, Renewals, and Rev Ops business functions.
- You will partner with the business stakeholders to understand the organizational GTM strategies, listen and observe business needs and concerns
- You will collaboratively define problems and ideate in problem-solving through research and development, experimentation, prototyping, and build new features and capabilities that are easy to use and solve business problems effectively
- You will also work with cross-functional teams such as PMO, Application Engineering to help define and recommend best practices across business and system processes
- You will partner with business stakeholders to build a long-term strategy and roadmap for our business systems that supports our evolving business i.e. define areas of focus, proactively manage priorities and the feature backlog to ensure the team is solving the right problems and align with organizational priorities
- Support efforts to grow the Salesforce CPQ platform through new applications and technology as needed
- You should have an eagerness to mentor Sr. BSAs in the team
- Ability to set Expectations between the Business and Technical Teams
- Recognizes Work-Life Balance/BSA Challenges/Workload and Create/Enforce a Process
- Willing to Jump in and Tackle Complex Issues - Do the Work/Roll up the Sleeves/Get Dirty

What you bring to the role
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science or Business Management with at least 9 years of domain experience in Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud & CPQ
- Must be willing to roll up the sleeves in lead & author business requirements, solution design for projects, enhancements, and Bugs
- Have an architecture mindset when proposing design options to business and engineering teams
- 9+ years of overall experience including 3+ years of managing a team
- Experience in developing a multi-year vision and accompanying product roadmaps.
- Good understanding of Quote-To-Order and Lead-To-Cash processes
- Good understanding of product structures (bundles, standalone), product configurations, product pricing, and quote management
- Worked or Knowledge on the salesforce support cloud
- Hands-on experience managing a complete end-to-end CPQ implementation and CPQ enhancements
- Deep understanding of channels business with exposure to Salesforce communities and Partner CPQ.
- Be a thought leader and a self- motivated person with a strong background in Quote-To-Cash, and Salesforce platform implementations in the SaaS domain with a solid business acumen.
