Construction Project Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

seeking a seasoned Project Manager with experience ideally within the medical device,
pharmaceutical, and/or biotechnology sectors. This position will act as the backbone of the project management team and keep the job on track. Great attention to detail and the ability to organize and plan will ensure success in this position.
- Provides strong project management and strategic oversight on Client projects
which may include but are not limited to facility expansions or renovations, QMS
implementation, Supplier Management, and Manufacturing. - Manage project scope, budget, and schedule, identifying and mitigating risks to
ensure successful project delivery - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and
collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. - Engage with clients to understand project requirements, expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to accelerate project timelines where possible, without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- BS in Engineering, Project Management or equivalent technical degree. Masters degree preferred.
- 8+ years experience in capital project management, preferably within the life sciences industry with a focus on facility expansions and new builds.
- Proven experience in successfully managing complex projects, demonstrating the ability to drive results and meet project objectives.
- Familiarity with Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation processes in a Life
Sciences setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and
maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams. - Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are desirable
