About the Role
As our OT Systems Engineer, you will:
- Lead and coordinate the integration of Asset Management Performance Systems with Plex ERP.
- Enhance preventive maintenance and shop floor visualization.
- Enable real-time, AI-driven alerts and intelligent work instructions.
- Bridge the gap between Operational Technology (OT) and IT, ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Support operational readiness through project leadership, system integration, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute OT projects focused on asset performance and ERP integration.
- Oversee data and functional integration between systems.
- Design and implement predictive and preventive maintenance solutions.
- Coordinate AI tool implementation for intelligent alerts and workflows.
- Enable real-time visualization of asset health and performance KPIs.
- Lead training and user adoption initiatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Report regularly on project milestones, risks, and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Technology, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years’ project leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or OT/IT systems.
- 10+ years in OT/IT Systems roles.
- Proven experience integrating ERP systems (preferably Plex) with manufacturing or maintenance systems.
Desirable:
- Experience with Plex Maintenance Module and/or Mach2.
- PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification (a plus).
- Familiarity with CMMS/EAM platforms, preventive maintenance, and equipment performance monitoring.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML in industrial settings.
- Strong understanding of OT systems, industrial network protocols, and shop floor technologies (SCADA, PLCs, sensors).
- Experience with Industry 4.0, IIoT, and smart manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Ignition, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI platforms, natural language processing, or automation scripting.
Mandatory for Automotive Industry:
- Awareness of Customer Specific Requirements.
- Knowledge of automotive specifications (IATF-16949, ISO 9001).
- Awareness of ISO 14001 (Environmental), OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety), and TISAX (Information Security).
Travel Requirements:
- This position will require up to 75% travel
