What You’ll Do
- Be the Data Maestro: Lead monthly energy reviews and build dashboards to guide our Net Zero progress.
- Drive Decarbonization: Deliver roadmap projects and support electrification across our sites.
- Champion Renewables: Spearhead solar and biomass initiatives to boost our green energy share.
- Empower Teams: Launch energy-smart campaigns and secure grants for team upskilling.
- Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with colleagues and partners to set new sustainability standards.
- Unlock Funding: Win grants to support innovation and development for our teams.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in energy management (manufacturing/automotive preferred).
- Proficiency with data tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and emissions accounting.
- Knowledge of EU/UK energy regulations and project management across multiple sites.
- Fluent German and willingness to travel (40–50% across Europe).
