Human Resources Intern (Summer Internship)
Description
- Support the planning and execution of employee programs, events, and engagement initiatives from concept to completion
- Assist with logistics for corporate events, including vendor coordination, scheduling, communications, and on-site setup
- Help create event materials such as presentations, communications, surveys, and recaps
- Track program participation, feedback, and metrics to help improve future initiatives
- Provide administrative support for HR programs such as training sessions, recognition programs, and internal campaigns
- Contribute ideas to enhance employee experience and engagement
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Creative thinking and interest in event planning or employee engagement
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Highschool Grade 11 and above
- GPA 3.5+ or higher
- Office Only: Typically works in an office environment
- Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time
$18.05/hour is an estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on the qualifications & experience of the candidate related to the role.
