We are Looking for:
The Creator App/Broadcast Manager’s primary focus will be to create and operate livestream broadcasts. We’re looking for someone with a technical mindset and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and with an eye to detail. Your skills will be essential in the creation, execution, and maintenance of the livestream process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling and conducting group trainings with Carousel Team.
- Responsible for creating trouble tickets, and communicating closely and frequently with Dev Team when issues arise, ensuring they are resolved as quickly as possible.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for any non-BAU requests.
- Attends meetings with brands, influencers, or vendors for account setup assistance.
- Leads the internal and freelance team during high velocity events.
- Manages the creation of all broadcasts.
- Owns and maintains tracking documents containing all broadcast information.
- Collaborates daily with producer team to manage incoming requests and all changes.
- Adds all ASINs/SKU information to broadcasts.
- Manages creation and influencer proxy access for all channels.
- Ability to diagnose issues in the Creator App and troubleshoot with the product team.
- Create/maintain SOPs for daily functions and new developments.
- Stays in close and frequent communication with the control room team, including the director.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BA in relevant field required, or commensurate experience.
- Experience with OBS software.
- Experience in television, film or post production preferred.
- Experience in light edit work and/or associate producer roles is a plus.
- Must be a team player who is comfortable working with a large team across multiple departments.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Advanced computer knowledge, with experience in Airtable and Shoflo.
- Ability to handle high stress environment with deadline pressures.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000.
