Job Summary

You are responsible for managing various internal business projects with strong attention to strategy and implementation.  You will coordinate and work with regional leaders to ensure the program rollout stays on schedule, on specification, and achieve the expected success and growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Work closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and regional business unit leaders to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for new initiatives
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Develop and manage the rollout for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
  • Work closely with Technology and Solution Group in evaluating new technology and operational process to further reduce business and customer friction
  • Examples: XOi, Sanuvox, and POPPY
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Perform all job functions in a safe manner, abiding by and in accordance with all applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental company policies and government legislation/regulations
  • Adhere to the Company’s Quality System operating procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management

 

Education and Experience

  • Post-secondary technical or engineering degree
  • 5+ years experience in relevant industry.
  • Experience in HVAC preferred
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications; Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
  • proficient technical knowledge of relevant industrial products.
  • Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work within a fast-paced environment, and prioritize conflicting demands.
