Job Summary:
Ainsworth Inc is currently searching for a highly skilled and accomplished Account Executive-Maintenance, focused on Mechanical Systems and Building Automation, to join our growing team in the BC Lower Mainland. Along with experience in Mechanical systems sales and service, the ideal candidate will possess a wealth of knowledge in HVAC and Building Automation systems, and strategic multi-discipline, multi-trade sales.
As a member of our Surrey-based sales team, your primary focus will be on expanding our market presence by collaborating and securing new business with building owners in the Metro Vancouver market.
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual who is committed to achieving growth targets and driving market share expansion. This role requires a high level of expertise in sales, including the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expanding our Reach: Collaborate with building owners to identify new business opportunities and secure lucrative contracts.
- Strategic Salesmanship: Develop compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition of our Maintenance services and confidently negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Building Trust & Credibility: Become a trusted advisor by fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers. Actively listen to their needs, understand their unique challenges, and demonstrate your technical expertise to build lasting loyalty.
- Exceeding Expectations: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently surpass assigned sales objectives and contribute to significant market share growth.
- Profitable Growth: Optimize profit margins while securing sales orders throughout your designated list of Accounts.
Qualifications:
- University or College-level technical degree or diploma
- 5+ years with a proven successful sales record and a passion for growth.
- Skilled in methods to build and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, technical, and financial abilities.
- Working experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- Must possess strong communication in English - both written and oral.
