Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary client advocate within BPAC
  • Knowledgeable in all services provided by the BP Group and be able to articulate service offerings to meet client demands
  • Responsible for all communications with client and client satisfaction
  • Delivery proposals/quotes to clients according to BPAC guidelines
  • Foster and maintain good relationships with operational team to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Proactively identify repeat issues and communication internally to operations to resolve prior to client demand/dissatisfaction.
  • Meet with and develop relationships with client contacts
  • Must be aware of daily service activities within team and communicate with clients regarding all scheduling details (arrival, departure, estimated duration, work to be performed, etc.)
  • Approve and deliver call to accounting for billing
  • Close PM Calls
  • Identify:
    • Repair not completed, needs follow up visit/call
    • Client requests communication with foreman, etc.
    • New repair proposal (PW) or new T&M call required
    • Hand-off to Tech Estimator for pricing and scope of work generation
    • Survey required for additional equipment
    • Communicate with sales/contract with new equipment for addendum

 
Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills
  • Must have good organizational skills and reach sales quotas
  • Must be able to communicate professionally with client, the office and in the field
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet with clients on a flexible schedule
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HVAC and or facilities maintenance industry.
  • Ability to problem solve and take responsibility for the coordination of work within your specific area
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to display understanding and confidence
  • Maintain the capacity to work in a team setting
