Position Summary:

Reporting to the Manager, Support Services, the Billing Admin role is required to process all paperwork related to the operation of the Service Department, in order to produce service invoices on a daily basis.


  • Coordinate the flow of paperwork from technicians to billing departments, and process all paperwork pertaining to operations in the Service Department
  • Produce and distribute exception reports, cost variance reports for invoice batches on a weekly basis
  • Add stock pricing consumed from truck stock or ensure vendor purchase orders are received 
  • Compile all information pertaining to individual service work orders and prepare for billing
  • Process credits and re-billing
  • Provide customer support for concerns and billing queries


  • 2+ years’ experience in billing/invoicing or finance/accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Accurate keyboarding skills

  • Attention to Detail – Attends to details and pursues quality in the accomplishment of tasks, regardless of the volume of duties encountered.

  • Flexible – ability to be agile and change priorities as needed
