Located in Toronto, the Art Gallery of Ontario (“the AGO”) is one of the largest art museums in North America, with a collection of close to 100,000 works. Through the collection as well as collaborations with leading museums around the world, the AGO presents wide-ranging exhibitions and programs to approximately 1 million visitors annually.

We are currently seeking a Temporary Full-Time, Protection Services Officer to join our Protection Services team. Under the direction of Protection Service Director/Duty Manager, Protection Services Department Operations then incumbent will monitor entrances, galleries, visitors and the physical plant to ensure the safety of the collection, visitors, staff and physical plant is maintained.  Ensures all security procedures, health and safety policies, and appropriate legislative laws are followed.  Provides first response to all Emergency situations.
