We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Implementation Consultant focused on Hospitality Accounting to join our team and assist our clients in optimizing their operations through the successful implementation of our software solutions.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of our Residence Management & Accounting Software solutions within our clients' organizations. You will work closely with hospitality businesses, including casinos, hotels, resorts, and restaurants, to understand their unique needs, configure our software, and provide training and support throughout the implementation process. This person needs a complete understanding of Condo Residence Management to include condo rotation, fee structures, and Revenue Splits.  They will need to be able to translate the customers’ needs and configure the software to conform to the customer’s contractual obligations to their owners.  All Candidates will have a working knowledge of all accounting functions within the Hospitality Industry.  This would include but not be inclusive of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Profit & Loss functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific business requirements and operational processes.
  • Conduct assessments of the client's current systems and workflows.

Software Configuration: 

  • Configure our solutions to align with the client's needs and preferences.
  • Perform system validation to ensure that the software meets the client's requirements.

Training and Support:

  • Provide comprehensive training sessions to the client's staff on the use of our software.
  • Offer ongoing technical support and assistance during and after the implementation.

 Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of client configurations and project progress.
  •  Assist with Preparing training materials and agendas.

Quality Assurance:

  • Coordinate with the development team to troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing enterprise software solutions, preferably in the inventory and procurement space.
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server, Installation of Enterprise Software, software installation and troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with data migration and integration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hospitality Accounting & Residence Management systems.  Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS), Procurement, and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of software implementation methodologies, project management best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client implementations.
