Job Title: IT Project Coordinator
Location: Remote
Clearance: Eligible for SECRET Clearance
ActioNet is looking for a dependable, highly organized Project Administrator who can keep multiple IT, infrastructure, and government projects moving forward. This person will coordinate schedules, meetings, resources, deliverables, action items, and documentation, while keeping project managers and stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and deadlines. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who follows through, manages competing priorities well, and can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without losing track of details. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with government, contractor, and technical teams are essential
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and deliverables to support successful execution of IT, infrastructure, and government programs from planning through completion.
- Serve as a liaison between government, contractor, and technical teams, facilitating communication, collaboration, and execution of project objectives across multiple stakeholders.
- Organize, schedule, and support meetings, program reviews, executive briefings, MILCON reviews, and other project events, including coordination of facilities, audio/visual resources, and meeting materials.
- Track project milestones, action items, risks, deliverables, and performance metrics while supporting project managers with status reporting and program execution.
- Support procurement, contract administration, vendor coordination, logistics activities, asset accountability, and inventory management in accordance with government requirements.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage project documentation, SharePoint repositories, technical records, organizational materials, reports, and presentation content to ensure program effectiveness and continuity.
- Assist with quality assurance reviews, technical editing, compliance tracking, After Action Reviews (AARs), and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Support compliance and governance activities, including documentation and reporting related to DoD acquisition, cybersecurity, security, and program management requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting projects, programs, administrative operations, or technical teams within government, defense, or commercial environments.
- Experience coordinating meetings, reviews, briefings, schedules, action items, and project deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to create, maintain, and manage project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, organizational records, and SharePoint repositories.
- Familiarity with project management principles, scheduling tools, and project lifecycle support activities.
- Experience supporting procurement, logistics, asset management, inventory control, contract administration, or related operational functions.
- Strong written communication, technical writing, editing, and briefing development skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of DoD, federal, or government business processes and familiarity with compliance frameworks, acquisition requirements, or quality assurance practices.
- Strong organizational, analytical, customer service, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
