Description
- Managing ticket workflows, prioritizing urgent issues, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure service quality.
- Supporting senior leadership and executive staff with responsive, white-glove IT support.
- Overseeing asset management, documentation, and configuration tracking for all IT equipment.
- Implementing process improvements to enhance helpdesk efficiency and customer experience.
- Coordinating with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with IAT-III and related DoD security requirements.
- Troubleshooting network, hardware, software, and AV issues in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Experience: 3–5 years managing helpdesk or desktop support for organizations with 1,000+ users
• Certifications: IAT-III (DoD 8570.01M / 8140) required
• Preferred: Prior military IT support experience; experience supporting executive or flag-officer-level staff
