ActioNet is looking for a Lead for Cybersecurity Mission requiring a TS/SCI Clearance. This position is located at Camp Humphreys, South Korea.
The Lead for Cybersecurity Mission manages all cybersecurity activities, including the Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle, vulnerability management, and incident response. This role develops, implements, and enforces cybersecurity policies, ensures compliance with DoD and US Forces Korea (USFK) standards, and provides technical guidance on security architecture and system hardening. The Lead will coordinate with internal teams, government stakeholders, and contractors to address security gaps, mitigate risks, and implement best practices to safeguard USFK networks and information systems.
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing cybersecurity operations, including continuous monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
  • Leading RMF authorization packages and ensuring timely completion of security assessments and audits.
  • Advising leadership on security posture, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance issues.
  • Managing vulnerability management programs, including scanning, reporting, and remediation coordination.
  • Providing cybersecurity training, awareness, and guidance to staff and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all IT systems, networks, and applications comply with applicable DoD, USFK, and NIST cybersecurity standards.
Requirements:
• Security Clearance: TS/SCI
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
• Experience: 7–10 years in cybersecurity program management; expertise in RMF and incident handling
• Certifications: IAM-III (DoD 8570.01M / 8140)
• Preferred: Background in DoD RMF; experience supporting US military networks
