Description
ActioNet is seeking a highly skilled professional with experience as Computer Systems Analyst III (CSA III) to join our team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise in design, development, testing, and evaluation to support critical Navy logistics programs. This position requires both remote work and on-site presence as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and evaluate computerized systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Manage and troubleshoot network protocols, LAN administration fundamentals, and UNIX and Windows-based operating systems.
- Provide expert support and guidance on the Support Equipment Management System (SEMS) program or similar Navy logistics applications.
- Apply in-depth knowledge across three (3) of the following areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
- Conduct data analysis and create detailed reports to support operational decision-making.
- Lead and participate in testing and evaluation efforts to validate system functionality and performance.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members and stakeholders on system use and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system and operational requirements.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Five (5) years of experience in computerized systems, including:
- Design, Development, Test and Evaluation.
- Network Protocols, LAN administration fundamentals.
- UNIX and Windows-based operating systems.
- Five (5) years of hands-on experience with the SEMS program or a similar Navy logistics application.
- Recognized expertise with demonstrated leadership in Navy Logistics Programs.
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and training capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience in federal, state, or local public service roles is highly desirable.
