ActioNet is looking for a Lead for COMSEC Technical Management requiring a Secret Clearance. This position is located at Camp Humphreys, South Korea.
The Lead for COMSEC Technical Management is responsible for managing all aspects of COMSEC accountability and cryptographic item control. This role ensures compliance with national, DoD, and USFK COMSEC policies, maintains accurate records of all cryptographic material, and supports secure communications operations. The Lead coordinates with the National Security Agency (NSA), develops key management plans, and supports US-ROK interoperability agreements to enable secure joint operations.
Additional responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing COMSEC inventories, audits, and keying material distribution.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all cryptographic items and transactions.
  • Advising leadership on COMSEC policy, risk mitigation, and operational compliance.
  • Coordinating with NSA, DoD, and USFK stakeholders for keying and COMSEC actions.
  • Training and mentoring personnel on proper COMSEC handling and procedures.
  • Ensuring all COMSEC operations support mission readiness and operational security.
Requirements:
• Security Clearance: Secret
• Experience: 5–7 years in COMSEC management
• Certifications: Standardized COMSEC Custodian Course (SCCC), LCMS, KMI MGC
• Preferred: Experience supporting US-ROK joint operations and interoperability agreements
