Working as part of Absolute’s award-winning Sales team, we are looking for a results-driven, self-motivated Mid-Market Account Executive to join our fast-growing business in the UK&I to develop our existing Mid-Market presence.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth from new account acquisitions, as well as driving expansion and cross-selling to existing customers. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and self-directed individual that can create and execute on sales strategy for the region.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Proven track record of sales success in Mid-Market software sales
  • History of over quota performance and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute an effective sales strategy and manage a large territory
  • Ability to become a trusted advisor for customers and prospects
  • Direct high-touch sales experience in mid-market enterprise organisations, managing complex sales cycles, involving partners from hardware OEM to large GSI’s
  • Develop and execute a lead and pipeline generation plan for the territory.
  • Follow up on all leads provided through marketing resources in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collborate with different types of channel partners to create leads and close joint business.
  • Develop & maintain a high lead conversion rate
  • Strong data hygiene and CRM Management (
  • Continuously build and maintain large pipeline of qualified business
What You Will Need:
  • In order to come up to speed quickly in this position it is important that you have 4+ years of Software sales experience with a minimum of 2+ years in the cybersecurity, networking or mobility categories.
  • You must be passionate about selling technology solutions and be able to communicate the value proposition to audiences of varying levels of seniority and technical understanding.
  • Highly organised with a desire to win and deliver strong results
  • Great presentation skills
  • Great team skills
