When you will work: Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
How much you will earn: $15-$16 per hour DOE


Northwest Center is looking for a Customer Service and Administrative Lead to join our Big Blue Truck team!  This position is responsible for customer service and administrative support for the department.  This role works within a team providing a high-level customer experience both internally and externally, and also provides administrative, organizational and clerical support to the division.

Essential Functions:

  • Answers a computer based phone system
  • Provides high quality customer service
  • Works with the public to coordinate donation pick ups
  • Ability to locate routes in route software
  • Prepare training packets and coordinate new hire orientation
  • Prepares monthly sales reports
  • Orders and maintains office and warehouse supplies
  • Community outreach


Minimum requirements:
  • 4 years' experience in an administrative role including phone and customer service; call center experience preferred
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills
