As the first point of contact for our valued customers and staff, you will be the voice and smile of NWC, providing top-notch service both over the phone and in person.

Location: Renton 
Wage Range: $19.97 - $22 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to Noon (4 hours)

Essential Duties:
  • Open and close Northwest Center location, making sure the area is clean and organized and confidential material is locked up.
  • Greeting and allowing entrance for all incoming employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
  • Answering incoming calls on Microsoft Teams – remaining knowledgeable of all of the NWC services.
  • Perform general administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 2 + year(s) Customer Service experience
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Ability to type 40 WPM.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Outlook e-mail.
  • Ability to work at a stationary desk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to use and work with computer monitors and complete keyboarding for extended periods of time
  • Regular and punctual attendance
