Description

The primary focus of the Data Support Analysts I representative is to manage and support the day to day data transfer processes with an emphasis on proactive customer service. Data Support is an internal escalation group that assist Client Engagement, Sales, Relationship Management, and Client Engagement Tech Support with connection and integration related issues through inbound calls or emails.

Job Responsibilities

  • Interface with end user clients to help resolve issues and ensure data transfer efficiencies
  • Interface with internal support teams on escalated issues – both customer and operations based
  • Proactively troubleshoot data transfer issues from a global level
  • Assist in all facets of data transfer implementations
  • Stays up to date on system releases, new features, and bugs
  • Makes outbound calls or WebEx sessions in response to ticket or email request
  • Provides a second level of support for account aggregation
  • Services about 9000 internal connection tickets a month
  • Knowledge of both the eMoney application and the Nexus tool

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience required
  • Team Player with the ability to work independently as neededkills
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Understanding of CRM systems
  • Knowledge of project based initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and excellent time management skills
  • Adept at data and trend analysis
