We are on the hunt for a forward-thinking, results-driven Director of Sales, Enterprise Account Management, to play a pivotal role in our sales leadership team. This individual will be at the helm of a dedicated team of 4 Enterprise Account Managers, with a dual charter that is crucial for our growth and market leadership objectives. The core mission of this role is twofold:    
First, to deepen and expand our engagement within our existing customer base, unlocking new value realization and driving substantial account growth. This entails not just maintaining but elevating our partnership with current customers, ensuring that eMoney continues to be synonymous with innovation, trust, and customer success in their financial journeys.   
Second, the role demands aggressive market penetration to secure new enterprise-level partnerships, effectively adding new logos to our portfolio. This involves identifying untapped markets, understanding the unique needs and challenges of potential clients, and positioning eMoney as the premier choice to meet those demands.   
The ideal candidate for this role will bring a strategic blend of visionary leadership and tactical excellence. They will have demonstrated success in navigating the complexities of enterprise software sales, with a keen ability to balance short-term wins with long-term strategic goals. Through their leadership, the Enterprise Account Management team will not only hit and exceed sales targets but also build lasting relationships that foster brand differentiation and loyalty and drive continuous revenue streams.

With responsibility for shaping the future direction of our enterprise sales efforts, the Director of Sales, Enterprise Account Management, will be instrumental in guiding eMoney through its next phase of growth and market expansion.   
    
Key Responsibilities:   
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers, fostering an environment of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth within the existing customer base through strategic account expansion initiatives, as well as by identifying and securing new enterprise accounts.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives, including market penetration plans and expansion tactics.
  • Sales Execution: Directly oversee key sales negotiations and deals, providing expertise and guidance to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise accounts, acting as a senior point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor performance metrics for the Enterprise Account Management team, ensuring alignment with sales targets and strategic goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success, to ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion and customer engagement.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, market insights, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:   
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus but not required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role managing enterprise account teams.
  • Experience in B2B Fintech Industries, Wealth Management or Banking preferred but not required. 
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on both account expansion and new market penetration.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, capable of developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with a history of building and maintaining strong connections with enterprise-level clients.
  • Proficient in CRM and sales management and enablement tools.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend corporate and industry events.

The salary range for this position is $127,000 - $189,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise.  This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, eMoney commission program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
