Live Training Specialist

The Live Training Specialist effectively communicates best practices to enable successful adoption of the eMoney Platform. Using the defined methodology, the Live Training Specialist will design a strategy for advisors to manage their business and clients while taking full advantage of the eMoney value propositions in a live setting. You are the guide, leading advisors down the path to success with eMoney, through the onboarding process and beyond. Specific duties include the design of instructional and participant materials, preparation, coordination, facilitation and measurement of both live and virtual training. 

Job Description 

  • Conducts live training sessions within the office and across the country (regional travel up to 60% required) 
  • Masters the differences between RIA’s and Broker Dealers to tailor live training sessions as appropriate 
  • Assists in developing rollout strategies for new clients 
  • Assesses need and determining appropriate training agendas based on audience 
  • Coordinates, presents and supports at major conferences 
  • Masters public speaking basics and explores continuing education opportunities to enhance skill set 
  • Communicates efficiently between company departments and collaborates on training projects and sessions 
  • Maintains department documentation for training sessions to ensure proper invoicing 
  • Completes administrative duties related to training reporting and expenses 


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience required; college degree preferred 
  • Working knowledge of financial advisory services preferred 
  • 2+ years of training experience  
  • Working knowledge of financial instruments, financial planning, and estate concepts preferred 


  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills 
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment, and strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Remains calm in high-pressure situations when solving advisor clients’ issues  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word 
  • Ability to speak clearly, concisely and effectively; as well as listen and understand information and ideas as presented verbally 
  • Aptitude to be resourceful and innovative; ability to interact with team members and management 
  • Competence surrounding the financial instruments, planning techniques, and the financial industry as a whole 
  • Highly motivated, self-starter that can work proactively with minimal supervision 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Effective communication skills: verbal/written/presentation 
  • Must have the ability to interact with all levels of the organization (technical and non-technical) 
  • Ability to direct multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and deliver them on time
